因為地球軌道是橢圓形，並非正圓形。因此地球每日的長短也不一定，
現在大家所通用的24小時為平均太陽時，和真正的太陽時間有所誤差。
也就是說，在東經一百二十度，正午十二點時，太陽並非真的通過子午線，
其誤差值在天文用語稱為均時差，以 e (Equation of Time) 來表示。
e = LAT (Local Apparent Time) - LMT (Local Mean Time) = 真太陽時 - 平均太陽時。
也就是說，<font color="blue"><b>真太陽時 = 平均太陽時 + 均時差</b></font>。
有些比較嚴謹的命理師在時辰的交界點會修正這個參數，以求得真正的時辰
（但尚須加上該地經度與平均標準時的差距，一度約等於四分鐘）。

其中的「時差」欄位，代表您的所在地的時區，以分鐘表示，東半球為正；西半球為負。
假設您的時區是「東八區」（台灣/香港/中國大陸），請填寫480。日本為「東九區」，請填寫540。
紐約為西五區，請填寫 -300，洛杉磯/舊金山所在的加州為西八區，請填寫 -480。

感谢楼主分享好东东，您分享的这款程序，需要输入经纬度才能计算出真太阳时，可现在有好多程序，经纬度的计算也有好多误差。请教一下楼主，有没有一款能直接输入地名（如XXX省XXX市）即可测算出当地的真太阳时的程序或软件？过去看过“日梭万年历”（据说是：紫金山天文台用过此程序）可以做到精确地测算，现在这款万年历不能用了，也看过其他的程序，但是相互之间提供的数据误差很大，可信度不高，据说“寿星天文历”还不错，还有没有能比较精确计算真太阳时的程序或软件那？？？
在下不懂，提出的问题可能很幼稚，不好意思，给您添麻烦了
